Who We Are

We are in Peglio, at an altitude of 595 meters above sea level, one of the smallest municipalities in the Marche region;

a village of houses perched on the top of a bank exposed to the winds of the Valley in a picturesque intertwining of medieval streets.

The ancient Castum Pilei, of Roman origins, dominates the Valley of Metauro, looking towards the massif of Mount Nerone and the lands of Montefeltro. From the tower, located on top of the rocky spur overlooking the village, the view runs over the hills, the mountainous reliefs and the inhabited centers:  a unique panorama made of suggestive horizons.

Where We Are

The accommodation facility is located on the edge of the village of Peglio, in a strategic location in the middle of the Montefeltro, 15 km from Urbino and about 40 km from the Adriatic Sea.

It faces south on the town of Urbania from which it is only 4km away. The view stretches from East to West towards the hills and mountainous reliefs of the Apennines; a place in harmony with nature and the landscape, away from city noises, ideal for finding inner balance.

The building was built using the criteria of bio-architecture, combining construction elements of traditional use such as stone, earthenware and wood with modern elements.

It recently obtained the Ecolabel mark, a mark that rewards companies with proven environmental excellence for their structure and hospitality, sensitive to promoting responsible and sustainable tourism.
